Terms of Use

1. Service

Mockup Den provides a tool to generate visual mockups from user-uploaded images.

2. User content

You confirm that you own the rights to any images you upload, or that you are authorized to use them.

You remain the owner of your uploaded content.

3. License to use the service

When you download an image, you receive a non-exclusive license to use that image for personal or commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Resell the mockup image as a product
• Redistribute it as a template
• Claim the mockup scene as your own creation

4. Payments and downloads

• Downloads are purchased individually or in bundles
• One download equals one full-resolution image
• Downloads do not expire
• Payments are final once a download is completed

5. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. Limitation of liability

Mockup Den is not responsible for:

• Incorrect use of the tool
• Misuse of downloaded images
• Third-party claims related to user content

7. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated terms.

Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Uploaded images (temporary)
• Purchase information
• License keys
• Basic analytics data

2. Uploaded images

Uploaded images are used only to generate mockups. They are not sold, reused, or shared.

Temporary files may be deleted automatically.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card information.

4. Analytics

We use basic analytics to understand usage and improve the tool. No personal profiling is performed.
